Background

Tone-Blast Engineering, is managed and owned by Gordon Tonetti. Gordon Tonetti, a qualified mechanical engineer has been in the industry for over 25 years and is a subject matter expert in the abrasive blasting and painting industry.

Tone-Blast Engineering was established in 1972 by James Tonetti, father to Gordon.  The company has built up a reputation for its quality standards, service standards and fast turnaround times.

Method

Abrasive blasting ( sand blasting ) is the cleaning and descaling of metal by means of a stream of abrasive grit blown through a nozzle under air pressure.

Tone-Blast’s abrasive blasting technique, uses steel abrasive grit; it reduces the dust on the blasted surface making it easier to apply the various paint coatings. In addition, Tone-Blast constantly works with its customers to develop individual solutions to specific surface treatment problems.

The blast rooms and paint rooms are undercover ensuring that in all types of the climate conditions, our customers time frames and service deliveries are met.
